Job Title: Leveraged Finance Associate- Elite City law firm
Salary: £170,000-£175,000
PQE Level:4-5PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time
Our client, an elite global City law firm is looking to recruit a Leveraged Finance Associate to sit within their wider banking & finance department.
Clients include investment banks, corporate borrowers, private equity, private credit funds.
You will advise on leveraged and acquisition financing, syndicated lending, refinancings, recapitalisations and will advise both sponsors and lenders.
Only candidates who are currently working for a ranked LevFin team will be considered.
