- Experience working in the education sector is desirable
- Proven experience in managing administrative functions.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Can commute to Derby.
