Role Overview
A leading hotel management organization is seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations to oversee 6â10 full-service and lifestyle hotels across the Western U.S. This hands-on, field-oriented role focuses on driving financial performance, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor General Managers to achieve revenue, profitability, and service goals.
- Oversee daily operations, P&L management, and compliance with standards.
- Support portfolio growth, including new property integrations.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- 8â12+ years in multi-property or regional hotel operations leadership.
- Experience with full-service, lifestyle, or upper-upscale hotels.
- Strong financial acumen and proven ability to drive results.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Based within 2 hours of San Diego; frequent travel required.
