Description

The successful candidate will likely have following have the following responsibilities;

  • Management of supplier invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintenance of the purchase ledger, ensuring it is kept up to date and accurate.
  • Performing bank reconciliations.
  • Handling supplier queries and building strong relationships.
  • Assisting with month-end closing procedures.
  • Performing ad hoc administrative duties as required.
  • Communicating effectively with German-speaking clients and suppliers.
  • Maintaining strict adherence to company policies and regulations.

Profile

A successful Purchase Ledger should have;

  • Proficiency in German and English.
  • A strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Offer
