Property Litigation Solicitor – Yeovil
In the heart of Somerset, our client are seeking an experienced property litigation solicitor to join their successful property litigation team. You’ll be joining a prestigious law firm, who are well known in the area with an excellent reputation.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of property litigation matters from inception to completion, including Court attendance and instructing Counsel.
- Caseload will include possessions, disrepair, deposit disputes, mortgage possessions, dilapidations, forfeiture, service charge disputes, boundary disputes, rights of way and lease renewals.
- Getting involved in networking and business development in order to build and maintain client relationships.
- Working together with the wider team in order to deliver excellent client care.
Qualifications:
- You’ll be a qualified solicitor with atleast 2 years’ PQE in property litigation.
- It’s important that you are able to demonstrate experience in any of the above mentioned areas of property litigation. If this has been a part of a wider litigation caseload, please still apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
