Property Litigation NQ – 3 PQE Solicitor – Exeter
Salary £61,000-£65,000

We are working with our top tier Exeter based law firm client, recruiting into their outstanding and highly ranked Property Litigation team.

As a large regional firm, the team has an enviable client list, and this is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven lawyer to continue their career working directly with leading Partners and Lawyers who are truly experts in their field. The successful candidate can expect a broad and varied range of property related matters, to include, but not limited to, a wide range of landlord and tenant work (rent reviews, dilapidations, business lease renewals, service charge disputes etc.), development disputes, possession actions, trespass and squatter actions. The firm is looking for candidates with a strong background in Property Litigation and a completed litigation seat within your training contract.
