Description

  • Provide comprehensive support to a busy team, managing schedules and coordinating meetings
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls
  • Prepare reports and presentations as required
  • Maintain an organised filing system for important company documents
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports
  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Profile

A successful PA – FTC should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the retail industry
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
