Overview
This Management Accountant position is based within a large manufacturing business. You will prepare management accounts for a subsidiary and report directly into the Financial Controller.

We are partnering with a large manufacturing business based in Warrington. They are a market leader, having been established for more than 60 years, and following acquisition are now part of a larger group.
Description
- Prepare management accounts for a subsidiary business
- Preparing annual budgets and forecasts
- Completing value-add / project work (incl. analysis)
- Supporting auditors (internal and external) and assisting with statutory accounts preparation
- Supporting the wider team with accounting queries, providing professional input and support to senior management
- Assisting with the coaching / mentoring of one junior within the team
Profile
To be considered for this Management Accountant role, you’ll need to have:
- A recognised qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Good level of IT skills (specifically Excel)
- Great communication skills
- Fantastic attention to detail
