Description
- Preparation of all month end reconciliations and journals
- Preparation and ownership of management accounts reporting pack (including profit and loss, Balance sheet and cashflow statements)
- Balance sheet reconciliation for all account cost lines on a monthly basis
- Management of key cost lines, including but not limited to accruals and prepayments
- Input into forecasting and budget process
- VAT return preparation
- Collaborate with the wider Accounting & Finance team on financial projects.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Assist with year-end audit preparation and liaise with auditors.
Profile
The successful Management Accountant should have:
- Part-Qual / Finalist ACCA/ CIMA.
- Proven ability to prepare accurate month end reconciliations and work independently
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
