HR Advisor (MAT Cover – 9 months)
We’re looking for a hands-on HR Advisor to become the go-to expert for people, performance and culture within a leading drinks brand.
This is a fantastic opportunity to support employees and managers across the full HR lifecycle – from employee relations and recruitment to payroll, policies and engagement. You will be trusted, proactive and truly people-focused, playing a key role in creating a positive, compliant and high-performing workplace.
The role includes:
- Acting as the first point of contact for HR advice and employee relations
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and performance management
- Managing HR policies, payroll submissions and HR systems
- Driving engagement, wellbeing and development initiatives
- Partnering with managers to align people strategy with business goals
We’re looking for someone with:
- Solid experience as an HR Advisor
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- Background in FMCG, Retail or Hospitality
- A confident, approachable communication style
- The ability to work independently and juggle priorities
