Description

An interim HR Advisor to:

  • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
  • Participate in the recruitment process, including posting jobs and conducting interviews
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation
  • Participate in performance evaluation processes
  • Comply with all statutory regulations

Profile

The successful HR Advisor should have:

  • Comprehensive understanding of HR procedures and policies
  • Education experience
  • Proficiency in employment law
  • Able to start immediately
  • CIPD Level 5 desirable

Job Offer

  • London based working
  • £35,000 per annum
