The HR Business Partner will provide hands-on, operational guidance across all HR matters while also contributing to strategic initiatives with the senior leadership team. This role will be based near Dorking, full time in the office.

Description

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
  • Provide hands-on HR support to managers and employees on day-to-day matters
  • Act as a trusted advisor on performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning
  • Lead or support HR projects, policy implementation, and process improvements
  • Support recruitment and selection processes, including senior and operational roles
  • Coach and develop managers on people management skills
  • Ensure HR processes and systems are compliant and efficient

Profile

A successful HR Business Partner should have:

  • CIPD level 5 or 7
  • Skilled in employee relations, performance management, and talent management
  • Strong influencing, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Able to balance operational delivery with contributing to strategic initiatives
  • Hands-on, proactive, and flexible, with a passion for supporting people and business success
