I am currently recruiting for a Hotel Manager at this Boutique Hotel in London. My client is looking for an individual with boutique hotel experience to join their family run business.
About the position
* Managing the profitability of the hotel along with hitting targets
* Implement a 5* service strategy
* Manage & lead a team effectively
* Deliver achievable hotel budgets along with a long-term strategic plan
* Work closely with the owners
The successful candidate
* Experienced manager from hotels a must
* Room & revenue management experience
* Budgeting & P&L experience
* Excellent leadership skills
* Exceptional communication skills and a hands-on operational approach
