The role:
– Oversee a People Strategy.
– Develop and implement a forward-thinking L&D strategy, ensuring continuous learning and career progression.
– Cultivate a people-first culture, enhancing engagement, retention, and overall employee experience.
– Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
– Oversee talent development, succession planning, and performance management.
– Lead initiatives around diversity, inclusion, and employer branding.
– Operational guidance and support for managing ER matters.
Experience:
– Proven experience in HR leadership, L&D strategy, and people development.
– Strong track record in building learning cultures and driving employee growth.
– Expertise in organisational design, talent strategy, and cultural transformation.
– Ability to work in a fast-moving, multi-site environment.
– Experience in hospitality, retail or Leisure is desirable.
