Description
- Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.

- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives to improve team satisfaction.
- Deliver training and guidance to managers on employee relations and HR practices.
- Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Work closely with the HR team to support broader department objectives.
- Contribute to the review and update of HR policies and procedures as needed.
Profile
A successful ER Advisor should have:
- Experience in handling employee relations cases within the retail or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations effectively.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Relevant HR qualifications or certifications are advantageous.
- Logistics Distribution and supply chain, Retail or other industry experience
