Employment Solicitor – remote
This is an exciting new opportunity for an Associate with 3 years’+ PQE to join this leading international firm.
You will be part of a newly formed team working for one of the UK’s most iconic aviation brands. The role will provide the opportunity to work with the client as a core part of its legal function. Whilst this will be a dedicated team, you will work alongside the UK employment department and benefit from all of their team training.
Day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing volume litigation predominantly consisting of unfair dismissal and discrimination claims. Through newly established ways of working, including an increased emphasis on technological solutions, you will be supported in taking full ownership for some key requirements and transactions for this client, giving you direct responsibility for high profile aspects. This is an ideal role for candidates with employment tribunal experience.
You will have the opportunity to lead more junior team members and demonstrate best practice in effectively managing litigation. The department has a strong teamwork ethic and a first class client management approach.
Due to the single client focus, and the nature of the team the role will offers greater flexibility of working hours. It will be based remotely with occasional travel required to the office.
