Page Group are working with a leading manufacturing business providing products into a national B2B customer. As the business continues on their journey to drive improvements and efficiency, they are looking for a new Customer Service Manager to join their offices in Brighouse
Description
- Lead the Customer Service Department of 4fte to provide world class service to B2B customers
- Manage the post sale process including complaints, repairs, installs and parts
- Build strong working relationships with key national B2B customers through regular and transparent communications
- Drive continuous improvement across the function looking at all process and procedures, ensuring they are robust and fit for purpose
- Provide reports and key insight into board level
- Work cross functionally with logistics, productions, sales and finance to manage the customer journey
- Feedback to production on any quality issues to reduce recurrence
- Undertake route cause analysis around customer complaints to reduce recurring issues
- Implement, manage and drive KPI Performance across the team

- Experience in a similar Customer Service Management role
- Strong people manager
- Ability to lead and inspire
- Ability to improve process and procedures
