Customer Fulfilment Co-ordinator
Location: Eastleigh
Salary: Circa £28,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Hybrid working available)

Role Overview
The Fulfilment Co-ordinator will be responsible for managing daily fulfilment and kitting requirements, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, overseeing stock management, and ensuring seamless communication regarding fulfilment job statuses. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily fulfilment and kitting activities, ensuring smooth operations.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners regarding stock management and fulfilment requirements.
- Maintain clear and timely email communication with customers and colleagues on job statuses.
- Complete “Bill of Materials” projects, including assembly and transfer orders.
- Manage email inboxes, triaging enquiries appropriately.
- Report on fulfilment job progress, including lead times and any potential delays.
- Coordinate stock deliveries with fulfilment providers to optimise scheduling.
- Communicate with customers and external stakeholders regarding kit deliveries, providing realistic timelines to manage expectations.
- Monitor stock levels, track deliveries, and provide updates on estimated delivery times.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and present viable solutions.
- Set clear expectations regarding project timelines and complexities.
- Address invoice queries and provide necessary resolutions.
- Assess job quality and cost-effectiveness, providing constructive feedback.
- Engage in short- and long-term planning to ensure timely project completion.
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organised, efficient, and detail oriented.
- A proactive team player with a process-driven and methodical approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- A stable career history.
- Previous experience in an operational or customer service role.
- Experience in the fulfilment service industry is advantageous.
- Proficiency in IT systems, including MS Office (Word, Excel), CRM systems, and Dynamics (advantageous).
