Court of Protection Solicitor – Bristol

Excellent opportunity for a Court of Protection Solicitor to join a great Court of Protection team who are based in Bristol.

The successful Court of Protection solicitor will be joining this fantastic Court of Protection team, who deal with mental capacity law and get involved in the whole range of Court of Protection work to include; applications for deputyship, administration, statutory wills and gifting, property and affairs deputyship advice, advice and representation on welfare cases, residence care and treatment decisions and LPA’s.

You will be a qualified solicitor who has had atleast 1 year PQE in Court of Protection work. You will have exceptional client care skills, demonstrate experience in a fast paced environment and be ambitious within the area of Court of Protection.

Salary: £38000 – £50000 per annum
