Corporate Tax Solicitor – 3+ PQE
Location: Bristol
Our client is a leading Top 100 firm in the South West and is looking to grow its successful Corporate team with the hire of a Corporate Tax Solicitor. This is a fantastic firm recognised for its great culture and ethos.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Partners and play an important part in a broad range of interesting work, including business acquisitions and disposals at a regional, national and international level. You will have the chance to get involved with matters including but not limited to: joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements, corporate reorganisations and partnership arrangements and the tax implications that come with them. You will ideally have similar previous experience and a genuine interest in this area of the law.
