This is a very rare opportunity to join a prestigious mid-market City law firm who are looking to hire an ambitious corporate associate.
The role is a broad encompassing private M&A, PE, investment/VC work and unusually advisory work including corporate governance.
Sector strengths including tech, media, financial services, household names, and family offices and all their work has a strong international flavour.
Key selling points are the variety of work and opportunity to also get involved in advisory work, the impressive work/life balance, and the focus on mentoring, development, and career progression.
Only candidates who are E&W qualified with a Top 50 UK law firm background will be considered.
