Job Title: Construction Associate ( Mixed with a non-contentious focus)- Top 50 firm- 1200 hour target
Salary: £84,000-£100,000
PQE Level: 1-4 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time
Our client, a Top 50 law firm, is known as one of the friendliest firms in the City with a long list of accolades for looking after and developing their staff.
Construction sits within their well ranked real estate team and is currently a small team with ambitious growth plans.
They are looking to recruit an Associate to work closely with the Head of Construction to provide support on non-contentious and contentious matters for developers, funders, overseas investors, on high profile projects including HQ developments and relocations, large scale infrastructure and regeneration developments.
This is a rare opportunity to work closely with a senior construction lawyer which will help to further enhance your technical and softer skills.
