Commercial Property Lawyer – Exeter

Chadwick Nott are instructed by a highly regarded and leading multi office practice who provide comprehensive legal services to both businesses and individuals on a local and national scale.

Recognised highly in both the Legal 500 and Chambers UK directories, the firm have an opening in their Social Housing property team.

This highly ranked team are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer with over 5 years PQE to independently manage a caseload including but not limited to development site acquisition, setting up sites for sales, managing conditional contracts and options, drafting deeds of variation, and handling commercial landlord and tenant matters, as well as other land transactions for commercial clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the social housing sector, particularly with development projects involving s.38, s.104, and s.106 agreements, easements, disposals, and commercial leases.

You should be technically proficient and an excellent communicator able to demonstrate strong developing relationships with both clients and colleagues.
