Commercial Litigation Solicitor NQ – 4 PQE
Location: Swansea
We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Solicitor to join a thriving commercial litigation team advising local, national, and international clients, including major institutions and businesses.
Our client are a large regional firm who are looking to hire into their Swansea office and the successful commercial litigation solicitor will be expected to independently manage a varied caseload, including contractual and shareholder disputes, insolvency matters, sports law, recoveries work, and civil litigation.
Requirements:
- NQ – 4 PQE with a strong foundation in commercial litigation.
- Experience in debt recovery and insolvency cases.
- Familiarity with contractual and shareholder disputes.
- Excellent organisational skills, able to manage and prioritise a demanding workload.
- Strong communication skills.
