Commercial Litigation Lawyer – Landlord & Tenant – Bristol
Salary £44,000 – £55,000
Are you an experienced commercial litigator looking to take the next step up in your career?
My client is a national full-service award winning law firm who are seeking a talented lawyer to join their team in Bristol to predominantly deal with litigated claims with a wide range of commercial and residential landlord & tenant disputes.
Our client has a broad client base and you can expect to act for businesses, individuals, and financial institutions on either a LEI funded or privately paying basis. You will be expected to independently manage a varied litigated caseload of complex landlord & tenant dispute matters. There may also be an opportunity to supervise more junior members of the team.
You should have excellent IT and communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience and strong knowledge and understanding of landlord and tenant law matters.
