Business Development Manager IFM – Professional Services – National – £80k-£85k + package

We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across IFM within professional services for an established FM provider. This is a senior commercial role for a subject matter expert who thrives in bids, pricing, and solution design, and enjoys shaping compelling, bid solutions.

The Role

You’ll support divisional leadership to deliver growth, working closely with sales, operations and procurement. Acting as the go-to expert during tenders and client engagements, you’ll translate customer needs into innovative, commercially robust IFM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead solutioning, pricing, and bid support for IFM opportunities across professional services.
  • Drive growth through new business and expansion within existing contracts.
  • Develop bespoke solutions incorporating sustainability, and digital innovation.
  • Own end-to-end sales processes for assigned opportunities

About You

  • Experience in commercial, business development, or solutions roles within IFM.
  • Proven track record in solution design, bids, and pricing for corporate services.
  • Deep understanding of market trends, consumer behaviour, and tech innovation.
  • Commercially astute, customer-focused, and confident influencing senior stakeholders
