Description
- Accounts Receivable Specialist:
- Manage the processing of all invoices and ensure timely collections
- Provide customer service regarding billing and collections issues
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Participate in financial audits
- Work closely with the sales team to resolve customer queries
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed
Profile
A successful Accounts Receivable Specialist should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software
