Description

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Lead the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide clients with ongoing support and guidance to ensure their needs are met.

Profile

  • With Asset Finance Background:

    • Previous experience in sales within asset finance or related financial services.
    • Strong understanding of asset-based lending and financing solutions.
    • Proven track record in managing client relationships and closing asset finance deals.
    • Experience working with a variety of industries and hard assets.
    • Ambituous, lookng for progression and growth.
  • Without Asset Finance Background:

    • B2B sales experience, ideally in industries like transport, construction, or manufacturing.
    • Experience selling hard assets, such as trucks, machinery, or equipment.
    • Strong ability to build relationships and navigate complex sales cycles.
    • Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to the asset finance sector.
