About the position
* Oversee all culinary operations for the resort
* Lead and inspire a team of chefs to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
* Manage both volume dining and large-scale banqueting operations, ensuring efficient execution and exceptional guest experiences.
* Use your expertise to create innovative, seasonal menus that highlight premium ingredients.
* Develop junior chefs through training, mentoring, and strong operational control over kitchen processes.
* Collaborate closely with the management team to implement strategies that drive success across all outlets.
The successful candidate
* Proven experience as an Executive Chef.
* Leadership skills to oversee a multi-outlet operation, while ensuring high-quality service and operational efficiency.
* Creative culinary approach with a passion for innovation and seasonal menu development.
